INTRO
"MOMENTO" is an app which design for the travelers. The core function of it is helping you find a soul travel partner and helping you customize your own travel itinerary. The mainly characteristics of this product are: Accuracy, Pertinency, Timeliness.
Accuracy
providing accurate information of scenic spots for the travelers.
Pertinency
recommending individualized experiences for people with different interests.
Timeliness
timely providing reminders and recommendation of changes, when encountering traffic congestion, changing attractions, and other unexpected situations during the trip.
DESIGN STRATEGIES AND KEY POINTS
The design process follows the double design diamond “Discover—Define—Develop—Delivery”. Each of steps is iterative which means each idea was developed, tested and refined a number of times. Mining user needs through qualitative research which include “participant-observation, semi-structured interview, photography research, document analysis, user testing”.
